Panasonic Automotive North America is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to independently define program scope and bridge customer requirements to functions within the global enterprise.

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities to achieve program goals within time and budget, with a focus on launching new technologies and cross-functional accountability. The position requires 5–7 years in program management, a technical or business degree, and experience with end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans project milestones and allocates resources to meet launch goals.
• Develops and maintains high-fidelity P/L cost models; analyzes scenarios and presents to executives.
• Leads budget development for portfolio programs.
• Drives cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Purchasing.
• Leads Cross-Functional Program Review Meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains and escalates Open Issues List and Master Program Timelines; supports risk mitigation.
• Interacts with customer decision makers to align expectations and commitments.
• Guides team through the Gate Process and ensures milestone delivery.
