Job summary

Magpie Health Analytics seeks a Program Director to provide senior leadership for major federal health programs and to support growth of the federal services portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Services, the Director will oversee program performance, delivery, team effectiveness, customer relationships, and contractual execution.

The role may expand to oversee additional programs, customer relationships, and strategic initiatives as Magpie grows, with responsibility for ensuring high-quality,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible professional experience, including federal government programs.
• Experience leading large or complex federal programs or portfolios.
• Experience working directly with senior federal customers and building trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with CMS leadership and other key customer stakeholders.
• Translate customer priorities into clear direction for program teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand customer relationships.
• Support recompetes, proposals, and other business development activities.
• Provide senior leadership for CMS and federal health programs with accountability for performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure successful execution of contracts, deliverables, schedules, and performance standards.
• Monitor program performance and address delivery, staffing, and financial risks.
• Maintain visibility into program financials, staffing, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead through project managers and senior team members to deliver outcomes.
• Build high-performing teams with clear roles and accountability.
