Job summary

SOSi seeks a Program Director to lead a complex federal program delivering advanced capabilities to INDOPACOM customers from Honolulu. You will provide strategic leadership across project execution, systems integration, cybersecurity, and enterprise services to achieve Full Operational Capability in high- tempo environments.

As the single accountable leader, you will drive contract performance, risk management, and compliance with DoD standards while coordinating with Government leadership, COR,

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of program management experience in DoD or federal contracts.
• Executive presence and demonstrated business acumen.
• At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, complex programs.
• Experience with systems integration, network engineering, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for all program activities supporting INDOPACOM objectives.
• Ensure architecture, standards, and specifications across environments.
• Oversee four task areas: Task Order Management, Systems Administration, Security Services, Enterprise Management.
• Deliver monthly progress reports, weekly activity reports, and other contract Deliverables.
• Lead risk management and action planning with COAs.
• Drive performance, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.
