Job summary

SOSI is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (Sustainment) for Camp Smith, Hawaii. You will help lead sustainment and modernization of a coalition information-sharing enterprise supporting USINDOPACOM, overseeing cybersecurity, engineering, portfolio management, and operations.

This is an executive-level leadership role with government and coalition stakeholders. You will supervise personnel, manage cost, schedule, and performance, and apply DoD program management standards to strengthen execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum five years of program or project management experience supporting DoD or U.S. Government organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading sustainment, lifecycle management, modernization, or O&M of enterprise IT or networks.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal deputy to the Program Manager, aiding in contract management and execution.
• Oversee planning, organization, and day-to-day contract activities to meet SLAs and obligations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance across functional areas and ensure mission requirements are met.
