Job summary

KNAPP North America in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Program Director to drive end-to-end success of major service programs in the MHE sector. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage customer accounts, and ensure performance against KPIs and SLAs while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 10+ years in project management or similar, a solid track record in leading teams, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years direct experience in project management or similar role.
• 5+ years experience leading a team.
• Proven track record managing strategic customer accounts.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing program budgets and P&L.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of KNAPP and third-party products.
• Excellent English language skills.
• In depth contract knowledge.
• Proactive and accountable with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams and coaching for program managers and account leads.
• Align resource planning with program demands and customer expectations.
• Promote accountability, performance, and customer-centricity.
• Prepare decisions based on cost, date, and quality criteria.
• Track program KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Present updates to leadership and customers.
