Job summary

Sunrise in Fresno, CA seeks a Program Director III to lead clinical and administrative operations of the ACT program. The role includes directing staff, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining high-quality documentation in line with county and state requirements.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree and supervisory experience in behavioral health, with CA licensure or active supervision toward licensure, and familiarity with CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory and management experience in a behavioral health related program or four years in behavioral health.
• Licensed LMFT or LCSW (or in supervision toward licensure) per CA regulations, preferred for BBS supervision eligibility.
• Knowledge of Wellness and Recovery ACT model for SMI and Dual-Diagnosis.
• Ability to work with diverse clientele and staff from various backgrounds.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and administrative functions of program and ACT staff.
• Provide direction and training to agency staff on policy and program design.
• Ensure quality clinical documentation and Fresno County standards.
• Document services to meet program, county, state, and federal requirements.
• Communicate with agencies involved in client rehabilitation; consult with clinical staff.
