Job summary

Horizon Health is seeking a Program Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW or RN) to lead the inpatient 16-bed unit at Abbeville General Hospital in Abbeville, LA. The role ensures nursing care delivery, oversees clinical and administrative staff, and maintains contractual relationships with Horizon Health and the client hospital.

The position requires a BSN or LCSW, an active LA RN or LCSW license, and 5–8+ years of related experience, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) required.
• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Louisiana.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities
