The ideal candidate will have significant aircraft maintenance leadership experience and strong program management skills. Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation ranges from $175K to $185K, with a robust benefits package including health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 20 years of aircraft maintenance leadership experience equivalent to managerial roles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• In-depth understanding of large-scale aircraft maintenance organizations and related operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies and plans.
• Manage the program budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Track performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program communications.
