Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year in a management or supervisory role in a human services delivery system.
• Experience in adult day programs or related services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for day program operations and ensure service quality.
• Oversee budgeting, program design, implementation, and staff development.
• Maintain intake/assessment processes and regulatory compliance with state/federal guidelines.
