ValueMomentum, Inc. is hiring a Program/Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data projects in the insurance domain. You will manage multi‑discipline teams, coordinate with business owners, and drive delivery success across global delivery centers.

The role requires deep experience in data engineering, P&C policy admin systems, and strong stakeholder communication. Expect a high degree of collaboration, adaptability to changing requirements, and accountability for quality

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years delivering complex data projects end to end.
• Experience applying Agile quality practices across data engineering layers.
• Strong P&C domain knowledge with Policy Admin Systems experience.
• Familiar with JIRA and prioritization tools.
• Proficient in Agile/Waterfall project management for multifaceted programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coordination across teams.
• Comfortable with shifting business priorities and evolving requirements.
• Customer-focused attitude with stakeholder empathy.
• Highly self-motivated with proactive drive.
• Experience managing third-party relationships to deliver outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering medium-to-large programs.
• Ability to present clearly to senior leadership.
• Experience leading med-large engineering delivery teams across geographies.
• Help define core delivery management processes and improvements.
• Attention to quality and productivity as outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing significant delivery budgets and minimizing variances.
• Ability to lead teams across multiple shores.
