Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Program Management across multi-team Product and R&D organizations.
• Owns end-to-end roadmap planning and execution.
• Ability to build a metrics framework and translate delivery data into decisions.
• Align Product, R&D and leadership without relying on formal authority.
• Proficient in agile delivery and effective estimation discussions.
• Interest in applying AI to planning, documentation, and QA.
• Demonstrates high ownership and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: maintain a clear, ranked view of priorities across Product and R&D.
• Drive a weekly delivery cadence with leadership; surface risks and blockers.
• Champion AI adoption across Product and R&D and track impact.
• Identify recurring friction and provide leadership-driven solutions.
• Own metrics like cycle time, lead time, deployment frequency, and velocity narration.
• Monitor team health and streamline processes to improve flow.
