Job summary

RepairLogic is seeking a senior data analyst to analyze product, market, CRM, and performance data to identify insights, drive growth, and improve workflows.

You will build reports and dashboards using BI tools, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, eLearning, and Product teams to boost adoption and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in data, business, and/or process analysis.
  • Experience translating complex, multi-source data into executive-ready insights.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and SQL querying.

Responsibilities

  • Identify reporting needs, execute reports, and automate recurring reporting.
  • Turn business data into real-time insights, opportunities, and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners to define requirements and improve customer performance tracking.
  • Recommend strategies to strengthen RepairLogic’s analytics capabilities.
  • Serve as data SME and help define reporting roadmaps for customer-facing teams.
  • Design automated reports and dashboards providing visibility into performance and trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to support leadership decisions and corrective actions.
  • Mentor employees and identify improvements to data tools and processes.
  • Develop roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

Supports RepairLogic and ART initiatives by analyzing product, market, CRM, and performance data to identify insights, improve workflows, and drive growth. Builds reports and dashboards using CRM, data warehouse, and BI tools, and partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, eLearning, and Product teams to increase adoption and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Identifies ongoing reporting needs, executes reports, and partners with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to automate recurring reporting.
  • Turns business data into real-time business analysis, actionable engagement opportunities, and trend insights.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and improve customer performance tracking.
  • Recommends strategies and processes to strengthen RepairLogic’s internal analytics capabilities.
  • Serves as a data subject matter expert and helps define reporting roadmaps for customer-facing teams.
  • Designs automated reports, analyses, and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance and trends.
  • Provides actionable insights into key trends and issues to support leadership decisions and corrective actions.
  • Uses data, product, and industry expertise to mentor and support employees.
  • Identifies improvements to data tools and processes and makes thoughtful recommendations.
  • Develops reporting roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, mathematics, economics, or a related field required; equivalent directly related work experience may substitute for a degree.

Experience, Skills and Key Competencies

At least 6 years of progressive experience working in data, business, and/or process analysis, including translating complex, multi-source data into executive-ready insights and narratives. Experience should include analyzing trends, developing data predictions, using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, querying databases with SQL, maintaining awareness of production databases, and working with CRM platforms.

  • Translating complex data into clear executive insights, recommendations, and narratives.
  • Working effectively with siloed, complex, or multi-source data environments.
  • Managing stakeholders across levels, from working teams to C-suite audiences.
  • Scoping and managing analytical projects with milestones, RACI, and success metrics.
  • Communicating clearly in writing and verbally while tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Using AI tools proficiently while critically evaluating outputs and challenging results when needed.
  • Applying strong business and/or sales acumen to analyzing issues and recommending solutions independently.
  • Working proactively, accurately, and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrating detail orientation, process focus, and creative problem-solving skills.
