Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Finance Analyst (Level 4) to support missions critical to national and global security. The role interfaces with program managers, CAMs, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis.

The position offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off; onsite at Dulles for a minimum of 3 days per week. Primary duties include forecasting, EAC maintenance, cost control, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain US Secret clearance.
• Experience with cost performance reporting and cost analysis.
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Dulles, VA.
• Experience leading financial management including EVMS and EAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management on the program, including forecasting, planning, EAC maintenance, EVMS, and reporting.
• Set up cost control system; monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Prepare reports to ensure contracts meet parameters and government guidelines.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual EACs.
• Support audits and reviews; provide negotiation support.
• Communicate financial status with leadership and customers.
