The Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and community-focused Senior Program Coordinator, Statewide Programs & Engagementto join our growing team.
The Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce serves Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Minnesota by expanding access to education, resources, relationships, advocacy, and economic development opportunities. We work with businesses at every stage, from emerging entrepreneurs to established companies, while building partnerships that strengthen Minnesota’s business ecosystem. As we continue expanding our programs and statewide presence, we are looking for someone who can bring strong execution, organization, relationship management, and follow-through to our work.
The Senior Program Coordinator will coordinate the implementation and day-to-day execution of MBCC’s business programs, educational workshops, entrepreneurial cohorts, statewide initiatives, summits, and community engagement activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, working directly with entrepreneurs and community partners, and ensuring programs move successfully from planning through execution, documentation, and follow-up.
The position will work closely with the President & CEO and other MBCC team members while engaging facilitators, vendors, community organizations, regional partners, and businesses throughout Minnesota.
The successful candidate will bring a combination of program coordination, project management, professional communication, and strong organizational skills.
