Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Senior Program Coordinator (Office Manager) to lead the Burn/Trauma/Acute/Critical Care Surgery division's day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage budgets, staffing, and administrative workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 7 years of relevant experience, leadership ability, and a track record of exceptional customer service and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field
• Experience: 7 years experience in the appropriate field; additional years may be considered in lieu of education.
• Preferred: 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, analyzes, coordinates, and evaluates program operation and procedures.
• Develops and/or oversees development of budget for program.
• Maintains working relationships with internal/external departments/agencies and other organizations associated with and/or receiving benefit from program.
• Establishes program goals and directs program evaluation and quality control activities; develops and/or approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals.
• Plans and coordinates special events. Participates in conferences. Presents data and program information.
• Responsible for design, execution, and effectiveness of system of internal controls, which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient.
