The role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and performance excellence, with day shifts and a $18.17-$20.44 hourly wage. A High School diploma and NM Food Handlers certification are required.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience in restaurant or food service.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret recipes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals and create monthly menus.
• Serve meals to elderly participants following safety guidelines.
• Record weekly inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness daily, including deep cleanings.
• Sweep, mop, and clean dining tables and kitchen surfaces.
• Record temperatures of meals and refrigerated items daily.
• Prepare monthly statistics on participants and report to Senior Program Manager.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and holiday meals as requested.
• Organize Senior Program special event luncheons.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external contacts.
