Job summary

Core One is seeking a Lead Program Control Analyst to guide the program control function, including forecasting, labor planning and profitability analysis, for national security-related contracts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, business, finance or related field.
• 4–6 years in financial planning/analysis or government contracting environments.
• Strong FAR and government pricing knowledge, cost concepts and indirect rates.
• Experience with CPFF, CPAF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ contract types.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company’s program control function including forecasting, labor planning, financial reporting, profitability analysis, pricing support, and performance management.
• Develop and improve program control policies, models, dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to monitor revenue, labor, funding, backlog, and forecast accuracy; recommend corrective actions.
• Lead workforce planning through labor forecasts, utilization metrics, and staffing projections for contract execution and growth.
• Coordinate with contracts, security, HR, and PMs to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks with actionable recommendations.
• Provide leadership in new business pricing, labor modeling, cost-application, pricing strategy, and proposal reviews.
• Mentor and develop program control staff through workload management and performance feedback.
