Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Federal Government Contracting.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Control for a large Department of Defense contract.
• Mentor and supervise team members; lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and financial risks; develop mitigations and communicate recommendations to leadership and clients.
• Prepare and review bottom-up forecasts and lead internal and client financial reviews.
