Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to manage program finances and performance across Indo-Pacific initiatives in a DoD context. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with GAAP and government regulations.

You will collaborate with Government stakeholders, Program Managers, and business offices to forecast costs, monitor expenditures, and deliver concise management briefings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program controls, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or contract financial management for Government or DoD programs.
• Experience supporting DoD, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations is preferred.
• Experience developing budgets, financial forecasts, cost analyses, EACs, and program financial reports.
• Experience supporting Cost Plus, FFP, T&M, or other Government contract types.
• Experience analyzing labor utilization, funding status, contract performance, and financial metrics across complex Government programs.
• Ability to prepare executive-level financial reports and brief senior program and corporate leadership.
• Working knowledge of Government contracting principles, CAS, GAAP, and financial management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and cost projections for contract execution.
• Analyze program financial performance, funding status, labor utilization, indirect costs, and expenditures.
• Monitor contract funding, burn rates, revenue, backlog, and profitability; identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, EACs/ETCs, and management dashboards.
• Support development of operating plans, baselines, and long-range forecasts.
• Coordinate financial planning with Program Managers, Finance, Contracts, Procurement, and Resource Management.
• Monitor subcontractor funding, labor charges, and program expenditures.
• Analyze staffing projections and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Prepare executive-level financial briefings and reports for leadership.
• Support invoice reviews, funding reconciliations, contract modifications, and financial closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, corporate, GAAP, and Government requirements.
• Support internal audits, customer reviews, and compliance assessments.
• Maintain financial documentation, cost reports, forecasting models, and control records.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting and forecasting accuracy.
