Job summary

The City of Alexandria is seeking a Supervisory Program Analyst to lead the development and reporting of outcomes measurement for CSB programs, and to draft the annual State Performance Contract detailing capacity and services for behavioral health.

The role includes ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting, guiding data analysis for operations, and supervising QA activities in the department’s electronic health record system, with some telework and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Four-Year College Degree with coursework in public or business administration or statistics.
• Three to five years of experience in program evaluation, program analysis or policy development.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training providing required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and report on outcomes measurement for CSB programs and department activities.
• Develop an annual State Performance Contract detailing capacity, services and consumers to be served.
• Complete reporting to local, state and federal government requirements.
• Assist Division Directors in optimizing program operations through data analysis and planning.
• Develop and maintain a quality assurance program for data in the EHR system.
• Lead audits and complex QA studies to resolve data issues in high-risk areas.
• Provide training to CSB staff on the EHR database and related systems.
