Job summary

Tekla Research, Inc. in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a seasoned analyst to support program and project objectives under a Secret clearance. The role requires applying analytic techniques to evaluate requirements, budgets and schedules, and to conduct data-driven program assessments.

The candidate will draft SOWs, support contract execution, and manage risk within federal program contexts, leveraging experience with AMS-CSPT/PMT or similar frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Clearance Required: Secret.
• Over 10 years of combined relevant experience.

Job description

Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: Secret Education Required: MA/MS degree. Allowable substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Experience Required: Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. Position Description: * Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. * Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. * Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. * Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. * Tracks program/project status and schedules. * Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Salary

The projected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
