Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst to support VA’s IV&V testing and TLS activities under the IETSS contract.

The role focuses on project management, schedule oversight, risk handling, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery of testing initiatives. As a senior member, you will mentor staff, participate in planning, and drive process improvements while collaborating with executives, program managers, clinicians, and government leadership across VA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; substitutions allowed for formal education.
• 3–5 years’ experience in PMO or enterprise operations supporting federal programs.
• Experience with large, complex government organizations (VA/DoD preferred).
• Strong leadership, analytics, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, risk, issues, and change control across TLS initiatives.
• Lead planning, meetings, and status reporting to leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior staff and support onboarding of new team members.
• Support resource planning, staffing, and organizational process improvements.
• Coordinate across matrixed teams to meet testing and delivery goals.
