Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service seeks a Program Analyst/Senior Technical Advisor to support USSTRATCOM/J8 at Offutt AFB, NE. You will partner with the Division Chief to lead division efforts, provide technical expertise, and coordinate with leaders to advance DoW and global defense capabilities.

Requirements include 6–9 years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Situational telework is authorized; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess and improve plans and programs.
• Experience interpreting DoW, policy, and strategic guidance for national-level programs.
• Understanding of CJADC2, NC3, space operations, cyber, and related mission areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Division efforts and personnel in coordination with the Division Chief.
• Provide technical expertise for EMSO, Cyber, NC3, Space, and related programs.
• Coordinate with GOFO/SES leaders to advance global defense capabilities and DoW requirements.
