Job summary

ARES is seeking a skilled Program Analyst III to support NASA’s CPSS PP&C II contract at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. You will perform cost estimating, scheduling, and program analysis to help NASA evaluate performance and support decision making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, strong analytical abilities, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline and five+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate analyses into recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost estimates and operating projections.
• Perform cost estimating and analysis to support NASA program planning and decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date cost-estimating methodologies and provide recommendations to NASA.
• Provide updates to Integrated Master Schedules and other program schedules.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify critical paths with recommendations.
