SimVentions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our Fredericksburg, VA team. You will perform technical analysis, coordinate across TTWCS programs, and help develop the integrated master schedule while supporting process improvements and information management.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and experience with DoD programs. You will work on-site in Fredericksburg, contribute to cross-team collaboration, and ensure accurate status products and schedules.

Competenze

• Active Secret Clearance required for access to classified information.
• 10+ years of experience in technical analysis, coordination, or process support in engineering.
• Experience with DoD programs or defense contracting environments.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for risk/issue/opportunity management.
• Excellent meeting notes, SME coordination, and multi-group alignment.
• Ability to manage schedules and support IMS development.
