Qualifications

• Must have at least ten years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or at least five years of experience and a Master's degree.
• Experience coordinating recurring program tasks, reporting cycles, schedules, stakeholder submissions, and cross-functional activities.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear executive-level communications for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for recurring program requirements, establishing schedules and tasking instructions.
• Coordinate quarterly performance submissions across Headquarters, Regions, and Installations.
• Coordinate annual cost estimate and functional information reviews with SMEs and leadership.
• Prepare executive correspondence, status reports, and briefings for MCICOM G-9 leadership.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
