Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC (KTG) seeks a Senior Program Analyst (Knowledge Manager) to provide USCYBERCOM SETA support, applying cyber acquisition and program management expertise for superior command-wide performance.

Responsibilities include cost analysis, affordability research, econometrics, and budget input; candidate must have TS/SCI with Poly clearance and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Program Analyst or similar role.
• Secret clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
• Experience with the DoD PPBE process.
• Ability to produce clear, analytically structured documents.
• Experience with large financial portfolios and time-sensitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SNAP-IT, BES packages, CPG requirements, and taxonomy management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and develop cost estimates, models, and analyses for POM alignment.
• Define affordability research and cost-benefit studies with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct econometrics and valuation studies; prepare white papers with findings.
• Develop justifications for fiscal projections when data is limited.
• Assist in budget processes with briefings for principal staff.
• Support accountability and audits (GAO, DoD IG, etc.).
