Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst V to enhance programs and lead data-driven decisions. You will analyze data, identify issues, and recommend solutions to boost efficiency. Develop analytics tools and coordinate cross-project resources to support strategic decisions.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with eligibility for required security clearance. Will travel up to 25–35% to meet program goals and support government engagements.

Ability to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance at the Secret level.
Experience with programmatic, acquisition, technical, and testing support.
Willingness to travel up to 25-35% as required.

Responsibilities

Provide programmatic, acquisition, technical, and testing support across the PdD VTS portfolio.
Assist in driving project execution, stakeholder engagement, and technical integration from concept through fielding.
Track funding, maintain suspense accountability, and report status to leadership.
Schedule meetings, prepare read-ahead packages, and document outcomes for government engagements.
Draft and review core acquisition artifacts (SOW/SOO/RFPs, budgets, user manuals).
Maintain program documentation and records in compliance with policy; support S&T initiatives and testing.
