Overview
VTG is seeking a Senior Program Analyst (Strategic Action Officer with NAVSEA) with strong Acquisition experience to support the Navy Flag Officers, Executive Directors and COS for SEA 21 to support Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization and Sustainment. SEA 21 provides wholeness to the Fleet by serving as the primary technical interface, ensuring surface ships are modernized with the latest technologies and remain mission relevant throughout each ship's service life. The organization also maintains inactive ships for future disposal, donation, or transfer, to include follow-on technical support to our partner navies. Position is located onsite at the Washington Navy Yard in DC.
What will you do?
The Senior Program Analyst (Action Officer) shall provide on-demand timely professional support services to the Flag Officers, Executive Directors and COS for SEA 21. The requirement is for a proven communication, analytics, and strategic action officer, a capable person to provide SEA 21 Leadership with knowledge management, strategic planning, brief development, action tracking, and communication support to include messaging, configuration control, database management, and proactive thinking.
