Job summary

Arcticom, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst at Quantico, VA to support program-level activities across systems engineering, risk management, safety assessment, and production management. The role involves system integration, technical and milestone reviews, and development of program strategy within PM GBAD.

The candidate will facilitate assessments of CMDS, C-UAS, C-RAM, and related acquisition programs, requiring a Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience, with an active SECRET

• 10+ years of technical project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Active SECRET security clearance required; proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis liaison support for program-level activities (systems engineering, risk analysis, safety analysis, production management, modeling & simulation, scheduling, testing, cyber security, software management).
• Perform system integration including technical reviews, milestone reviews, program reviews, new program development, program strategy, and program execution management.
• Facilitate assessments of CMDS, C-UAS, C-RAM, MSHORAD, and air defense missile-related acquisition programs to support planning and development within PM GBAD.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Level of Experience Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of Systems
• 10+ years’ experience in technical project/program management
• Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills
• Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project
• Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

• This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Qualifying Factors
