PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Acquisition Analyst & Advisor to support our Huntsville, AL location. The role requires deep Army acquisition expertise, PM insight, and the ability to translate leadership direction into coordinated actions.

The candidate will develop decision materials, analyze program cost/schedule/risk, and support leadership reviews. Onsite work in Huntsville with ~10% travel and active Secret clearance preferred.

Competenze

• 12+ years of DoD acquisition experience required.
• Progressive Army acquisition and program management experience leading to CSL selection.
• Direct experience with PEO Missiles and Space, RCCTO, or PAE Fires preferred.
• Knowledge of Army acquisition processes and the Defense Acquisition System.

• Analyze program execution, identify issues, and develop practical recommendations for leadership.
• Assess cost, schedule, performance, and risk; track actions and inform decisions.
• Coordinate actions across offices and staff; consolidate inputs and track to completion.
• Prepare briefings, decision papers, and executive correspondence for senior leaders.
