Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Sr. Acquisition Profitability & Analytics Associate in Irvine to lead profitability analysis, forecasting, and pricing for new insurance products and programs.

You will partner with stakeholders to evaluate initiatives, build financial models, and support budgeting and reforecasts. The role requires 4-6 years of corporate finance/FP&A experience, strong SQL/Python data skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, profitability analysis, pricing, or related field.
• Experience extracting, organizing, and analyzing financial data using SQL, Python or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly profitability analysis and reporting for the insurance line of business, including lifetime income calculations and month-end results.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate pricing, proposals, incentive programs, and business cases.
• Develop financial models and insights to evaluate profitability and business impact.
• Support annual planning and budgeting with modeling and reforecasts.
