Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage high exposure professional liability, litigated and general liability matters for clients in California. You will investigate, evaluate, report, maintain reserves, and drive claims toward timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 7+ years liability claims experience.
• Continued education to maintain licensure and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintains diary system and ensures claim files are up to date.
• Investigates and evaluates claims for liability and compensability.
• Communicates with vendors, policyholders, clients and insurers about status.
• Negotiates settlements with claimants and insureds.
• Sets and manages reserves with adequate levels.
• Creates reports and mentors junior adjusters.
