Responsible for handling high exposure professional liability and litigated claims, as well as commercial injury and non-injury general liability and automobile claims, in accordance with client, carrier and company guidelines, statutory regulations and best practices. Primary duties include investigating, evaluating, reporting to authorities as applicable, and maintaining adequate reserves. Manages claims through well-developed action plans to an appropriate and timely resolution.
