You will prepare survey descriptions, analyze records, and coordinate with field crews to deliver ALTA/NSPS surveys and boundary work. • Bachelor’s or associate degree in surveying or related field.
• 8+ years of surveying experience.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey descriptions, legal descriptions, and survey documentation.
• Research legal records, deeds, and land titles.
• Draft survey plans and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
• Prepare construction stakeout plans and field layout support.
• Perform boundary, planimetric, and topographic surveys.
• Process data and prepare final survey deliverables.
• Collaborate with field crews, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy.
