TKDA is seeking a Senior Professional Civil Engineer in Bloomington, Minnesota to lead diverse engineering projects from renewable energy to municipal infrastructure. The role involves project management, client interactions, and mentoring juniors within a supportive hybrid work environment.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license in Minnesota, and a minimum of ten years in technical design. The position offers comprehensive health benefits and an employee stock ownership plan, beginning from day one.
At our 100% employee‑owned engineering firm, you\'ll actually own a piece of every project you help deliver. We\'re looking for a Senior Professional Civil Engineer who loves variety—from renewable energy sites to food processing facilities, academic campuses to municipal infrastructure.
You\'ll work out of our new Bloomington, Minnesota office, leading project teams as a project manager, mentoring junior engineers, and working directly with clients on everything from preliminary design through construction.
