The Senior Professional, Creative Development work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Professional, Creative Development collaborates with Stars and Risk Adjustment teams to develop provider communication materials using creative design and creative writing to educate provider audiences on Humana’s initiatives. The Senior Professional, Creative Development work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Professional, Creative Development applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the provider audience for the organization and its products, services and brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develops and coordinates multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, flyers, PowerPoints, talking points, etc.).
  • Ensures communications meet Associated Press (AP) and Humana brand standards.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to create effective communications in both content and delivery.
  • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of content development project management, including collaboration across multiple departments
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat: create, edit and review PDFs
  • Independent self-starter and extremely detail-oriented
  • Work well in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Stars initiatives and programs
  • Knowledge of Risk Adjustment initiatives and programs
  • Experience educating adult learners
  • Experience with SharePoint design

Our Hiring Process

As part of our hiring process, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology provided by HireVue, a third-party vendor. This technology provides our team of recruiters and hiring managers an enhanced method for decision-making.

If you are selected to move forward from your application prescreen, you will receive correspondence inviting you to participate in a pre-recorded Voice, Text Messaging, and/or Video Interview. If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone or computer. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,400 - $107,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
