Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or equivalent manufacturing.
• Completed training in electronics, mechatronics, electrical or related engineering field.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with computer-based data systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle hand tools, test equipment, and fixtures; lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, test equipment, and fixtures to install components and test WFE across multiple product types.
• Access and update Configuration Editor settings using SAP BOM data.
• Measure resistance, continuity, and voltage with test equipment.
• Set up specialized equipment, perform leak checks, and verify completion.
• Identify and document NCIs and coordinate improvements as needed.
• Understand, report, and review tool status and access tool information through SAP.
• Support a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and PPE/LOTO policies.
• Provide timely, clear communication to stakeholders with production status and shift pass downs.
