Job summary

RTX in McAlester, OK seeks a Senior Production Test Engineer for onsite work supporting production test strategies and equipment validation. You will guide test architectures, ensure compliance with data packages, and drive root-cause corrective actions.

Responsibilities include validating test gear, coaching peers, analyzing predictive metrics, and performing fault isolation. Requires a STEM degree and the ability to obtain interim Secret clearance; on-site role with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years in manufacturing/test environments.
• Experience with data analysis and RCCA methodologies.
• Ability to obtain interim Secret clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Validate new or modified test equipment for production use.
• Coach and train other test engineers in technical areas.
• Improve test processes via predictive metrics and RCCA.
• Participate in fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of product/test equipment
