Shield AI seeks Production Technicians to work on composite aircraft, avionics and related systems. The role involves hands-on fabrication, assembly and testing in a quality-focused production environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Aircraft Production/Manufacturing including composite layup, avionics fabrication, avionics installation, final assembly, ground support, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and support engine ground runs and break-ins.
• Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions related to all part fabrication.
• Coordinate with and assist other team members to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft.
• Assist in troubleshooting, component removal/replacement, testing and documentation using approved publications and procedures.
• Perform trimming, painting, and bodywork on UAV components.
