Qualifications

• Technical aptitude in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced machinery and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of advanced production equipment and processes.
• Start up, operate, and shut down advanced machinery to produce high-quality finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate system effectiveness, develop procedures, and create training materials.
• Address production quality issues and escalate unresolved concerns.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, participate in Kaizen events and A3 improvement plans.
