Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Ability to train other team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate workflow to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Operate equipment and run stations on the line
• Assist with machine setup and troubleshooting
• Provide on-the-job training to team members
• Verify first piece inspections and maintain quality records
• Escalate production issues and coordinate resolutions within escalation matrix
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to supervisor/production manager
• Support 5S and lean initiatives within the work area
• Serve as a liaison between operators and supervisors, relay shift updates and priorities
• Participate in daily production meetings and provide feedback on team performance
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production requirements
