We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Production support Engineer to support the Equities and Security Lending businesses. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our trading platforms. You will apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to proactively manage system health, drive operational excellence, and collaborate closely with senior traders, developers, and cross‑functional teams to optimize front‑to‑back workflows. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining platform availability, resolving complex issues, and championing automation and observability initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively across business and technology stakeholders, and operate under pressure in a fast‑paced trading environment will be critical to success.
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000 to $153,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
