Job summary

Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor Level II for the WM Team D to oversee daily operations and people leadership on the snack production floor.

You'll coach and develop team members, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with QA and other teams. Training begins on day shift with gradual transition to the second shift; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must lead frontline production teams and coach staff.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to flex across shifts to meet business needs.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

You’ll step into one of our frontline leaders who keeps our snack operations safe, smooth, and successful. Think: people leadership meets process mastery. You’ll guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and help shape the future of our operation. And you won’t do it alone — you’ll be mentored by experienced Supervisors and Managers as you grow your skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality.

Lead People

• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their best.

• Foster a respectful, accountable, people-first culture.

• Kick off every shift with clear, focused huddles on goals, safety, and priorities.

Drive Operations

• Keep production safe, efficient, and on track from start to finish.

• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.

• Step in to run equipment or provide coverage when needed to keep the team moving forward.

Ensure Excellence

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices every day.

• Spot issues early, elevate fast, and keep the lines flowing.
