Job summary

OmniMax is seeking a Production Supervisor in Waco, TX to oversee the manufacturing process and coordinate all activities ensuring resources meet deadlines. You will plan staffing, estimate costs, and support budgets to sustain workflow efficiencies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing management with lean/CI experience and the ability to drive improvements while ensuring safety and quality. Spanish skills are a plus in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience with lean and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead with urgency and coordinate staff effectively.
• Lean or Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in line with company policies.
• Hire, discipline, promote employees within your span of control.
• Review costs and quality; adjust production and inventory controls for profitability.
• Provide leadership to on-site manufacturing, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Drive cost control and productivity with KPI tracking and corrective actions.
• Oversee site maintenance, plant equipment procurement, and preventative maintenance.
• Participate in production planning; align with budgets and management objectives.
• Set targets for productivity, service, and safety and monitor progress.
