Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but demonstrated manufacturing leadership matters more.
• Experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, heavy manufacturing or similarly complex operations.
• Progressively higher responsibility in manufacturing and ability to get results through people.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and production in a large-scale environment, with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
• Spend time where manufacturing happens, solving problems and removing obstacles to keep production moving safely.
• Develop frontline leaders and employees to improve performance.
