Qualifications

• 3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Production.
• At least 2 years in a Supervisor role.
• 1-3 Minimum Years of Supervisor Experience within the automotive industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule personnel with the Production Manager.
• Monitor daily production requirements.
• Train and monitor employee performance.
• Compile KPI data for end of shift reporting.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
