Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and familiarity with carbide tooling.
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications and hands-on process improvement.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Strong communication across shop floor and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP and manufacturing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production workers on the plant floor.
• Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Allocate resources effectively (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Lead training and development; ensure EHS compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction; manage staffing levels.
• Drive cost reduction through lean and Six Sigma programs.
• Oversee audits (ISO, QMS) and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop team discipline and secure timely approvals from management.
