FALCATA is seeking a Production Scheduler in Huntsville, AL to create and maintain production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity. You will coordinate with production teams, monitor throughput, and drive schedule adherence across departments.

You will work with ERP/MRP systems, analyze bottlenecks, and help with planning improvements and forecasting. A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset is essential for success in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related operations roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools (Costpoint and Aegis Factory Logix are a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are achievable and aligned with operational goals.
• Monitor work-in-progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes to all relevant departments in a timely and clear manner.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
