Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Production Scheduler to lead production planning across multiple lines, ensuring the right resources, materials, and priorities align to deliver high‑quality products on time and at scale.

You will leverage data, APS and ERP systems, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize flow, reduce bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma, mentoring team members along the way.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience using APS tools and SAP ERP is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus.

  • Develop and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturing lines.
  • Use APS and ERP systems to optimize scheduling and monitor execution.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling

  • Strong expertise in APS tools and ERP systems (SAP highly desirable)

  • Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions

  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus
